Gulf Breeze Driving School

**Gulf Breeze Driving School — Texas Parent-Taught Driver Education**

**Available to Texas students only.** Gulf Breeze Driving School offers online parent-taught driver education in English and Spanish, providing a flexible option for Texas homeschool families.

Students complete the 24-hour online classroom course, including lessons, learning activities, assessments, and the DPS learner-license knowledge test. An eligible parent-taught instructor provides the required in-car instruction and oversees driving practice. The online course does not replace the required driving hours.

Families can view student progress and grades, securely access enrollment documents, and receive course certificates electronically. Clear instructions help students and parents understand each stage of the program.

Families must obtain parent-taught instructor authorization from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) separately.
